Not another diet plan. Not another gym.

A place where food, movement, and recovery finally work together — shaped around your body, not a fixed format.

Why We Started

The fitness and diet world doesn't lack advice. It lacks the full picture.

A gym trainer sees training. A yoga teacher sees yoga. A Zumba instructor sees dance. A nutrition coach sees food. A physiotherapist sees pain and rehab.

Each one is right, as far as it goes. The trouble starts when one angle gets treated as the answer for everybody — because bodies aren't that simple, and neither are the different stages people move through in life.

So instead of asking what format you want, we ask what your body needs right now. Sometimes that's strength. Sometimes mobility. Sometimes recovery. Sometimes just eating differently. Sometimes doing less, not more.

That thinking runs through everything here — Moves n Stretch, Chatora Coach, and the postpartum work we do with Dr. Varsha, Moves n Stretch.

Moves n Stretch

Moves n Stretch exists to close that gap on the movement side.

We assess first. Then we build — strength, mobility, posture, recovery, whatever your body actually needs, not whatever's trending. Bodies don't care about fitness trends. They respond to the right input, at the right time.

Chatora Coach

Most people don't fail at dieting because they lack willpower. They fail because they're asked to live in ways nobody can sustain for long.

Stop this. Stop that. Never eat outside. Never enjoy food. Most people can follow rules like that for a few days. Almost nobody can follow them for years.

Chatora Coach exists because food should fit your life, not take it over. We look at what you already eat — roti, rice, all of it — and fix the portions, not you. No food fear, no guilt, no shame. Just better decisions, repeated consistently.

Diet nahi, portion sahi.

Mayur learned this the hard way before he taught it to anyone else. Years of chasing the next fix — cutting food groups, trying every trending diet — left him heavier than when he started, crossing 105kg. The turning point wasn't a new diet. It was a nutrition diploma, completed during his wife's first pregnancy, where the real insight finally landed: the problem was never the food. It was the portion.

Postpartum Recovery — Beyond Mummy Tummy

Most mothers spend months preparing for delivery. Very few get real guidance for what comes after.

Back pain, weakness, posture changes — a lot of it gets accepted as just "part of motherhood," when it's really a recovery that never fully happened. Even well-meaning doctors don't always flag it.

That's the gap Dr. Varsha built Beyond Mummy Tummy to close — real recovery, not just a smaller waistline.

What We Believe

We're not trying to create fitness fanatics.

We're trying to help people build stronger foundations — better food habits, better movement, better recovery, a better understanding of their own body.

Get those right, and everything else gets easier — work, family, confidence, energy, the whole picture.

Our goal is simple: decisions people can actually sustain for years, not just weeks.
